Role
The Senior Content Specialist for Partner Engagement will lead efforts in developing and optimizing content to enhance Partner Experience, support corporate initiatives, and drive operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with various teams, understanding partner needs, and ensuring continuous site improvement. The ideal candidate will need a solid background in SaaS environments, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Develop a content strategy to support partner effectiveness based on organizational priorities.
- Plan and implement platform enhancements, operational improvements, and fixes.
- Collaborate with teams to improve end-user experience and site optimization.
- Utilize project management tools to schedule and manage team work efficiently.
- Analyze and mitigate program risks, providing reports to stakeholders.
- Focus on process automation and error reduction for improved operations.
- Assist in ensuring on-time completion of requests while managing project risks.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- At least 5 years of experience in partner ecosystem organizations within IT or software.
- A Bachelor's degree; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven success in executing enablement programs for partners.
- An understanding of partner motivations and CRM system analytics.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- The ability to delegate effectively and oversee multiple projects.
- A proactive and growth-focused mindset.
- Strong time management skills.
- The capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Integrity and diplomacy to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
- A passion for Partners and the ServiceNow Community.
