Summary: In a rapidly evolving tech landscape where seamless digital experiences are paramount, as a Technical Product Manager at ServiceNow, you will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge products and capabilities that enhance our customers' and employees' journey.

While technical proficiency and experience in delivering consumer-grade experiences are valuable, this role also requires adept navigation of cross-functional stakeholders, users, designers, architects, and engineers to drive product evolution with a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap outlining key features, enhancements, and milestones for product evolution.
- Requirement Gathering and Prioritization:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Define user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Possess a deep understanding of the technology stack, architecture, and technical constraints associated with the product.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility of product features.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, UX design, quality assurance, and operations, for successful product delivery.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Product Development Oversight:
- Monitor and track product development progress to ensure adherence to schedule.
- Make critical decisions and trade-offs to achieve project objectives.
- Performance Metrics and Analysis:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Customer Feedback and Iteration:
- Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Iterate on product features and enhancements to address stakeholders' needs and challenges.
- 5+ years of experience in software product management
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) is preferred
- Strong prioritization skills with a focus on high-impact activities
- Proven ability to define and transform product requirements into a comprehensive roadmap
- Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and analytics for data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle
- Strategic mindset capable of driving product strategy to achieve significant customer value
- Experience collaborating with developers and designers to craft exceptional customer experiences
- Preferred: Project management experience from previous roles or projects
- Preferred: Awareness of Agile methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle
