Sip Analyst

Job Description:

As SIP Analyst you will play a key role for the calculation and payments of the incentives paid to the LATAM Sales force for all BGs located in Andean Region.

In this role you will become a fundamental part of the growth of the businesses that make up 3M, directly supporting the measurement of compliance with the growth objectives of our sales force, providing direct advice to both the participants and the management team.

The impact you will make in this role:

• Create the SIP Plans, document the Crediting Rules & Territories definition.
• Calculate Sales Attainment, Accruals and Payouts.
• Provide consulting to SIP participants.
• Support Finance, HR, and BGs with adhoc analysis.
• Qualifications (it is recommended to be brief, consider a maximum of 5 topics)

In this role you must posses the below minimum qualifications to be considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are considered as a plus in this position.

Basic Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited learning institution.
• At least 2 years of experience related to Sales Incentive, Customer Incentive, Pricing or similar, is required.
• Advance English is a must B2+ or above
• Advanced knowledge on VBA, Macro excel formulas and Databases is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, BPCS, VICS platforms is an advantage.
• Intermediate level of Portuguese is a plus
