This is a student position

Responsibilities may include:

  • Working on EC Windows Servers, Web and Database teams to support EC Design Enablement environment.
  • Providing operational support to EC Design customers (incidents, service requests).
  • Assisting with execution of various technical global projects
  • Data analysis to drive optimization of the support model and/or process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues (Windows Server, MSSQL and MySql databases, IIS and Apache web hosting, Hyperv Virtualization, Storage...).
  • Writing documentation (step by step instructions, flow diagrams...).

Behavioral traits desired:

  • Passion for Learning and Information Technology in general.
  • Interest in working in a highly dynamic HPC environment ensuring stability, availability and security of Windows Server infrastructure.
  • Understands and follows written or verbal instructions and procedures
  • Customer service skills related to providing ticket support.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications

  • Must be pursuing a BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Advanced English level.
Preferred qualifications

  • System and/or Windows Server Administration experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft System Center tools (SCOM, SCCM, Orchestrator, Virtual Machine Manager, PowerShell...).
  • Automation and PowerShell experience.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
