Pfizer's Global Business Services (GBS) Transformation and Project Management (T&PM) Office is responsible for driving simplification, innovation, and expertise across GBS and accelerate GBS strategy through an integrated and centralized metrics, innovation, and transformation model.
The Analyst will support delivery of reporting & analytical solutions, with a focus on the overall cross functional alignment and coordination in the delivery with key stakeholders.

You will help Pfizer build and manage our analytics based reporting. Your analytical mind will help us design and implement our online web based reports. You will be relied on to manage analytics based reporting on an enterprise-wide scale.

You will be responsible for delivering quality solutions and ongoing support of these solutions.How You Will Achieve It
- Participate in the scoping planning, controlling and execution of various crossfunctional projects and support to deliver quality services to the business.
- Work closely with Project Lead to set stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment and project performance to achieve objectives and success criteria.
- Coordinate and complete reporting activities, analyze data, and assure tasks are executed in quality and timely manner in support of achieving performance against targets.
- Support workstream development and tracking of workplans and schedules (including specialized resource requirements, key milestones, and project dependencies) to ensure projects are consistently delivered on time
- Support the identification of potential risks, a risk analysis and mitigation plans
- Participate in problem solving, structure proposed options/solutions and contribute to implementing approved solution with discernment
- Transform business requirements into analytical models, data preparation, validation, and visualization into reporting solutions.
- Coordination support to project team members and/or stakeholders
- Actively participate and contribute to team meetings as required.
- Help manager drive the communication and development of key performance indicators.
- Prepare written reports / presentations utilizing Microsoft skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Work to clearly understand the organization's vision, mission, and strategy to support it
- Package and present results of analysis, recommendations, benefits, and risks in clear & useful manner.
- Work with colleagues to understand their Business Intelligence and reporting requirements to recommend reports and analysis approaches, which may include scheduled or on demand training of Business Intelligence tools and techniques.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 13 Years of experience in Data Engineering including statistical data analysis and developing solutions for reporting & analytical needs.
- Experience in tools Dataiku, Tableau
- Experience in technologies of database tools PL/SQL, Oracle, SQL Server.
- Experience/projects involving realworld analytical problems using machine learning, statistical modeling, or similar quantitative approaches.
- Mining massive amounts of data to extract useful insights.
- Handson skills for data and machine learning pipeline orchestration via Dataiku (DSS 10 or 11) platform or similar platform
- Some development experience in at least one scripting language (PHP, Perl, Python, etc.)
- Willingness to work hard and take directionbut also creatively solve problems for which the answers aren't always obvious
- Strong communication (written and oral) skills and responsive, professional, and courteous demeanor in all interactions
