ONCOLOGY HEALTH SOLUTION PARTNER

ROLE SUMMARY
Non-sales commercial role, focused on providing educational & scientific content and supporting HCPs. Purpose to improve the impact of our oncology innovative therapies on patients and society. Create better customer experience.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive deeper engagement on educational & scientific content.
  • Streamline customer interface by acting as single POC for proactive & seamless (compliant) connection to Pfizer SMEs and resources.
  • Responsible for onboarding customers to new operating model platforms (e.g., Digital Engagement Portal, digital solutions, etc.).
  • Knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content selection.
  • Support attainment of improved patient outcomes through physician and patient education and services enabled by deep scientific expertise.
  • Connect between customer needs and BU strategy, design the ideal route along with CBLs.
  • Improve service provided along with design expertise.
  • Actively engage in creating awareness and shaping patient access initiatives (Commercial only) and help accelerate patient access through awareness and education addressing external bureaucracy.
  • Connect with other key SMEs /internal colleagues/teams to identify market opportunities.
  • Deeper understanding of oncology patients & HCP Journeys that drives better business opportunities and customers experiences.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Medical or Health care background.
  • 5 years or more of previous Commercial, Management and/or marketing / access experience in public institutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives and partnerships with external stakeholders. Customer focus.
  • Strong analytical and communications skills are required and ability to analyze and draw relevant conclusions using available data and information.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration skills.
  • Local health care system proficiency.
  • Market place and business acumen, stakeholder management; and understanding the business priorities.
  • The ability to develop strong professional relationships.
