Chargeback Analyst

Job Description:
- Own operational relationship with assigned distributors working end to end process for POS and/or chargeback accounts; ensuring all deadlines are achieved. Work with distributors regularly to reduce errors, improve data quality and prevent errors from occurring. Work closely with Leadership when handling data investigation Salesforce cases from business partners. Train, mentor and provide leadership to other members of the team. Back up other POS/Chargeback analysts as appropriate.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Monthly claim and resubmit processing for assigned distributors which includes analyzing and resolving errors to get the chargeback claim validated and released for payment.
- Ensure all credit adjustments are issued timely and accurately based on requirements.
- Operational relationship with assigned distributors to reduce errors, improve data quality and improve overall processing time.
- Lead monthly conference calls with top distributors communicating repeat errors and process improvement recommendation.
- Manage and investigate all Salesforce cases assigned within expected deliverables.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate to Customer Operations Supervisor.
- Ensure all necessary written documentation is available and updated to support chargeback transactions in the event of an audit.
- Manage and monitor assigned metrics on a monthly basis.
- Train, mentor and provide leadership to other members of the team.
- Skills and Expertise:
- Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively manage high volume of work on a monthly basis.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Sales or related/ or in case of not having the degree 4+ years of equivalent experience.
- Minimum two (3) years of experience as an Analyst working in Point of Sales, chargebacks, pricing, contracts, finance or related.
- 2+ years of experience on SAP/Vistex,MS Excel, MS Power Point, pivot tables, and formulas is required.
- Minimum of one (2) year of experience working with managing relationship with distributors and working crossfunctionally is required.
- Advance English B2+
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Two (2) years of experience within a Customer Operations role.
- Existing knowledge of chargeback claims processing and order management systems.
- Experience utilizing LEAN processes.
- Green Belt trained.
