As a Business Process Lead/Finance at Stryker, you'll take charge of crucial processes within the Finance division for the implementation of the "Accelerate" Program. This initiative involves deploying a new ERP system for three key divisions of Stryker, with a focus on supporting T&E and Spine's Finance functions. Your role will entail ensuring local teams are actively involved in all program phases, identifying and addressing change impacts, and collaborating with a team of experts to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of objectives.

As a core member of the Accelerate Program team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing a vital ERP solution essential for the Division's success and overall organizational efficiency and profitability at Stryker. This position necessitates close collaboration with Division and Business Unit leaders to ensure project objectives are aligned, necessary resources are allocated, and risks are managed effectively.

What will be your responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the corporate team to address business needs while aligning with the Accelerate program's vision. Participate in workshops to define future state design & processes.
  • Lead change management activities arising from the program and support communications efforts.
  • Guide Workstream Power Users, develop strategies for user training, and create Risk Mitigation Plans. Assist in data cleansing activities.
  • Provide timely configuration feedback, participate in Business simulations, and support User Acceptance Testing.
  • Understand ERP System requirements to lead workstream planning and execution effectively.
  • Coordinate the balance sheet transition between JR and T&E divisions, establish accounting responsibilities, and ensure data integrity.
  • Review finance data based on the Accelerate checklist, identify reconciliation issues, and maintain clean data until go-live.
  • Engage with various teams to manage challenges in transitioning to the future state and optimize reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Tax team on journal entries and entity balances for legal compliance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant job experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Commitment to excellence and keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams efficiently
  • Solid organizational, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities
  • Effective prioritization and workflow management skills
  • Proven track record in handling complex situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
