Funciones del Puesto

  • Recepción, solicitud, emisión y envío de cotizaciones.
  • Relación con agentes y proveedores, solicitudes de tarifas., contrapropuestas.
  • Análisis comparativo de proveedores.
  • Atención a clientes externos e internos.
  • Actualización de los sistemas propios del Departamento tales como: CRM, Carpeta compartida Pricing (cotizaciones, tarifarios, anuncios/actualizaciones de proveedores)
  • Almacenamiento de cotizaciones y respaldos de tarifa en la carpeta compartida del cliente según corresponda el servicio.
  • Envío a registro de clientes nuevos a Crédito y Cobro y de tarifas aduanales a Facturación Aduanas, cuando se requiera.
  • Utilización de herramientas de cotización de proveedores.
  • Procedimientos y relación operativa con los demás departamentos.
  • Generar instrucciones a Transporte Internacional / Servicio al cliente sobre las cotizaciones ganadas de clientes sin vendedor asignado, o de agentes.
  • Mantener actualizados los tarifarios e información necesaria para cotizar en conjunto con el equipo de Pricing.
  • Mantener el CRM al día.
  • Informar a Sales Support Coordinator cuando se identifique un cliente que requiera de un ejecutivo de ventas.
  • Cumplimiento de KPIs del equipo Comercial.
Requisitos del Puesto

Técnico en Administración Aduanera
Comercio Exterior, Mercadeo o afines.
Inglés, nível B2
Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point)
