What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with business analyst, technology and stakeholders to understand process requirements and deploy automation solutions
  • Design, develop, test and deploy automation solution according to standards and technical design, using best practices that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
  • Test and debug RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability and scalability through unit testing, code reviews, QA and UAT
  • Monitor and maintain deployed RPA bots, troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements as needed working in conjunction with the quality assurance team and business stakeholders
  • Document technical specifications, process workflows and automation scripts
  • Provide training and support to endusers and stakeholders on RPA solutions and processes

What experience you need:

  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in
    RPA development (using any of these: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
  • At least 2 years of experience in
    Python /.NET or Java Development
  • At least 2 years of experience with

Cloud Platforms:
AWS, GCP, Azure

  • At least 2 years of experience with
Relational databases and SQL

What could set you apart:

  • RPA Certifications in: UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism
  • Cloud Platforms Certification: AWS, GCP, Azure
  • Experience on Cognitive Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots, Natural Language Processing, Prompt Engineering
  • Source code control management systems (e.g. SVN/Git, Github) and build tools like Maven & Gradle.
  • IT/ Software Development (SDLC) background
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, XP, etc)
  • Mentoring RPA developers using methods that include code reviews, peer programming, and other techniques
