**What you’ll do**:

- Collaborate with business analyst, technology and stakeholders to understand process requirements and deploy automation solutions
- Design, develop, test and deploy automation solution according to standards and technical design, using best practices that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
- Test and debug RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability and scalability through unit testing, code reviews, QA and UAT
- Monitor and maintain deployed RPA bots, troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements as needed working in conjunction with the quality assurance team and business stakeholders
- Document technical specifications, process workflows and automation scripts
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on RPA solutions and processes

**What experience you need**:

- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience
- At least 2 years of experience in **RPA development (using any of these: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)**
- At least 2 years of experience in **Python /.NET or Java Development**
- At least 2 years of experience with **Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure**
- At least 2 years of experience with **Relational databases and SQL**

**What could set you apart**:

- RPA Certifications in: UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism
- Cloud Platforms Certification: AWS, GCP, Azure
- Experience on Cognitive Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots, Natural Language Processing, Prompt Engineering
- Source code control management systems (e.g. SVN/Git, Github) and build tools like Maven & Gradle.
- IT/ Software Development (SDLC) background
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, XP, etc)
- Mentoring RPA developers using methods that include code reviews, peer programming, and other techniques
