analista III de impuestos para laborar en nuestra sede en Belén, Heredia.

Funciones

  • Recopilar datos y verificar controles necesarios para la elaboraciónejecución de las Declaraciones Tributarias.
  • Preparar y carga las disposiciones de Impuesto a la Renta en el sistema de la empresa.
  • Monitorear los sistemas de contabilidad para confirmar que tienen los datos fiscales correctos para registrar las facturas AP/AR con precisión.
  • Aprobar la creación de nuevos proveedores/clientes relacionados con los datos fiscales.
  • Conciliar los certificados WHT enviados por terceros contra la contabilidad para utilizar como pago deducible en las declaraciones de IVA en forma mensual.
  • Solicitar y controlar la actualización de exenciones de impuestos para clientes y proveedores.
  • Dar seguimiento de los KPI con interdependencias para garantizar que el proceso fiscal endtoend esté bajo control.
  • Participar en el proceso de auditoría interna y externa.
  • Participar en otros proyectos estratégicos contables y empresariales a medida que se presenten.

Requisitos

  • Bachillerato en contabilidad o finanzas.
  • 3+ años de experiência en contabilidad / 2+ años de experiência en impuestos (incluida la preparación de declaraciones de impuestos).
  • Conocimiento avanzado de SAP.
  • Manejo intermedioavanzado de Excel.
  • Experiência con macros, SQL, Power BI o Knime es un plus.
  • Conocimiento intermedio de inglés y/o portugués.
  • Capacidad de innovación, análisis y mejora continua.
  • Excelente comunicación y servicio al cliente.
  • Orientación a resultados y organización.
