Your Role and Responsibilities

As a SOAR Support Engineer at IBM, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration and continued success of our innovative cybersecurity solutions, combining IBM Cloud Pak for Security and SOAR technology.

Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering exceptional support to our clients, maximizing their cybersecurity capabilities. - Provide Client-Centric Support for

Integrated Solutions:

  • Offer daily support to our valued clients, addressing inquiries related to the integration of IBM Cloud Pak for Security and SOAR technology.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, demonstrating clear and effective communication to swiftly resolve challenges and uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Help clients Optimize and Maintain Integrated Infrastructure: - Take ownership of tickets to help with the maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of our clients integrated cybersecurity infrastructure. - Ensure the seamless operation of both IBM Cloud Pak for Security and SOAR technology, focusing on their interoperability and performance for our clients. - Collaborate with

Development Teams:

  • Work collaboratively with development teams to ensure the smooth integration of new features, updates, and enhancements into our integrated solutions.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback from client interactions to drive improvements in both IBM Cloud Pak for Security and SOAR technology.
  • Documentation and

Process Enhancement:

  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, integration configurations, issues, and their resolutions.
  • Stay at the forefront of cybersecurity trends and technologies through continuous learning.
  • Develop and share technical documentation, training materials, and best practices to empower clients in utilizing the full potential of our integrated solution.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • IT Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of progressive IT experience and a strong customer service orientation
  • Operating Systems:
Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Linux operating systems is essential. OpenShift is a plus. - Cybersecurity Skills: A deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, incident response, and threat detection

  • Certifications:

A commitment to professional growth, including relevant certifications in OpenShift, SOAR technologies and IBM Cloud Pak for Security, is highly regarded.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

IT Experience:
