Business Communications and Graphic Designer (EO&T COO) - C12**Your primary role will be to support business communications and graphic design through:
  • Produce high
  • quality design work including presentations in a range of formats:
  • Concept designs, draft and final page layout designs,
  • Video and photo editing,
  • Data visualization, graphs, charts, typography, infographics
  • Asset creation illustrations, icons, etc.
  • Work alongside communications team members on design projects
  • Take a slide / presentation and present it through a simplified and graphical layout
  • Manage internal websites and Sharepoint sites
  • Coordinate and implement ongoing maintenance, including refreshed content, answer questions, work with intranet liaisons
  • Identify emerging trends in web and digital marketing, develop strategies to effectively implement approved communication platforms
  • Serve as a communications / engagement advisor to partners within EO&T COO to ensure deliverables and initiatives adhere to Citi standards
  • Support senior leader communications to understand their concepts and interpret them visually
  • Ensure work adheres to all best practices and Citi style guidelines

Required experience:

  • Experience using data to tell a story and make visually compelling presentations
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including creation of visuals through PowerPoint, Excel, Sharepoint
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop,Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, InDesign
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Strong working knowledge of Citi branding and style guidelines

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience, working on financial presentations, infographics, brochures, amongst others.
  • Updated portfolio focused on graphic design work in a single PDF file or webbased portfolio showcasing primarily samples of slides/decks, layouts, booklets, posters, banners, logos, illustrations or similar.
  • Ability to communicate fluently, both verbally and in writing, in an allEnglish business environment
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry preferred
