The Senior Visual Designer is a master of her/his design craft, and is responsible for the execution of complex visual design deliverables and under the Visual Design Lead supervision, leads the successful implementation of design solutions for marketing/communication campaigns and digital experiences that benefit people and clients.

By creating design deliverables and solutions that align strategic direction and user needs, providing support and guidance to other team members, having passion for design and keeping high standards, the Senior Visual Designer plays a key role on project success, client satisfaction and strengthening our creative culture.


The Senior Visual Designer helps bring design executions to life across all platforms, products and touchpoints with guidance from the creative director.

Aesthetic athlete, immersed in the expression of type, color, imagery and motion as an interplay for experiences and communications. A collaborator who brings a passion to your work and has a willingness to experiment and learn.

Understand that Design is problem solving, and work hard to understand the context where the work will appear, the audience it is meant to serve, and the business problem it is meant to solve.


In this role you will:

  • Designs solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Creates storyboards, moodboards, initial visual concepts, design layouts, functional design solutions, site grids and UI demos to lead design project development.
  • Experience with digital production work in at least 3 areas: visual design, digital marketing, social media, and motion areas, preferably for international clients and global brands.
  • Understands, analyses, and responds to client briefs and requests.
  • Works closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented.
  • Provides reliable quality assurance on all creative deliverables. Anticipates issues and flags situations that might impact quality or delivery success.
  • Actively participates in strategic brainstorming, design thinking and collaboration sessions, and creative brief development.
  • Thinks creatively and justifies concepts to clients and team members.
  • Understands and applies the design thinking cycle to projects when is appropriate.
  • Balances strategic development with client objectives.
  • Stays up to date with recent design trends and new technologies.
  • Drives design inspiration and learning among team members.
  • Basic motion design or rapid prototyping
  • Solve client problems and provide multiple creative solutions for every project
  • Contribute to brainstorm/concept meetings to invent breakthrough solutions to real problems
  • Play an active role in helping create compelling client presentations
  • Proactively contribute to the evolution and success of the client's business, brand and marketing objectives
  • Clearly present and articulate work during internal reviews

What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude,

You should have:

  • Ideally English Proficiency (B2+ reading, writing, and conversation).
  • 4+ yrs. Experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and/or startups.
  • A strong design portfolio, including pieces for international clients. Featuring a wide range of real work across channels.
  • Experience with digital production work in at least 3 areas: visual design, digital marketing, social media, and motion areas, preferably for international clients and global brands.
  • Solid understanding of interactivity and animation principles and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of visual design principles, trends, systems, and structures.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, trends, and theory.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, online advertising, and business strategy concepts.
  • Experience creating user interfaces for digital products.
  • Expert command of Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge Keynote, PowerPoint, After Effects, Animate, HTML5 animation, Zeplin, Abstract, Principle.
  • Understanding of productivity and remote collaboration tools: MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Jira, Trello, Slack, Zoom, Acrobat, Drive, Box, Paper, Evernote.
  • Knowledge of design systems frameworks such as Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines

It's a plus if you have:

  • Understanding of CMS and frameworks such as: Bootstrap, Foundation, Wordpress, AEM or any others.
  • Experience with projects with complex UX/UI workflow
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design Advertising Design or related field or equivalent experience in advertising and digital agencies or startups.
  • Any certification, course, or training on UX, UI, visual design, design systems, marketing campaigns, business, and design thinking.
