You'll be at the forefront of integrating AI into our day-to-day operations, enhancing efficiency and quality in our engineering processes.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key link between our RTL and pre-silicon verification engineers and AI tools teams/vendors, understanding the potential of AI tools and the requirements of our engineers.
  • Champion the needs of our engineers with AI tools teams/vendors, facilitating the development of necessary features in the AI tools.
  • Create additional features for existing AI tools to streamline their integration into our engineers' workflows.
  • Identify and automate the best prompts for AI tools, ensuring uniform usage across the engineering team.
  • Regularly review and update AI integrations to ensure they continue to meet the evolving needs of our engineering group.
  • Collaborate closely with our engineering group to troubleshoot any issues with the AI integrations and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide training and support to our engineering group to help them effectively use the AI integrations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 1+ years' relevant experience.
  • Strong software development skills, with proficiency in Python, C++, or other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with GIT.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Costa Rican unrestricted work permit

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Linux/UNIX.
  • Academic background in RTL and/or presilicon verification.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to nontechnical team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, as well as independently when required.

Working Model:


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
