We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a
Microsoft Exchange Administrator

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft M365 solution stack
  • Advanced knowledge of task planning and team productivity tools, as well as how they can be applied in Agile and nonAgile organizational contexts
  • Experience with collaborating tasks involving multiple teams
  • ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
In partnership with your fellow team members, your duties will include:

  • Driving and administering changes to our Exchange Online, Mimecast, Reporting and Compliance tools.
  • Driving and administering changes to our task planning and team productivity suite, which includes Trello, Planner, Project, and more.
  • Recommending, implementing, and configuring monitoring, alerting, and selfrecovery solutions and thresholds
  • Identifying and supporting opportunities to implement automation capabilities to reduce manual work and human error.
  • Anticipating industry direction and evolving customer needs to implement emerging technologies using Change Management disciplines
  • Implementing and maintaining security controls within the M365 tenant, including user access and permissions, data protection, and compliance with organizational security policies and standards.
