This position specializes in the full life-cycle of an employee:
From new hires, promotions, transfers, and payrate changes to separations. The work focuses on answering HR, Payroll, Benefit, Stock and policy questions and resolving issues.
Provide answers, solutions, and recommendations for inquiries related to HR processes/procedures by utilizing solutions provided by HR SMEs
Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identifies escalation trends and opportunities for process change and/or new solutions.
  • Undertakes all actions required by system and updates Data Base continually.
  • Investigates and resolves problems and provides solutions which may involve a network of resources.
  • Administers/advises IT navigation of supported functions this may include requesting access, granting access and advising clients through screen navigation.
  • Performs "offphone" tasks supporting HR related functions as directed.
  • Assists in identifying areas to improve communications and efficiency of operations and implementing changes. Partners with clients in improving processes by recommending solutions and referrals to policies/procedures, SMEs or contracted vendors
Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year equivalent work experience preferred
  • Fully Bilingual: English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university or 1 year of experience in Customer Service, HR or Finance.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies & Procedures
  • Knowledge of HR systems is an advantage: Workday; PeopleSoft; SAP, Salesforce or other HR Systems
  • Customer service skills
  • Communication skills
  • Detail oriented/accurate and thoroughIndividual must be detail oriented, selfdirected and have strong independent problem solving skills.
  • The ability to multitask is inherent in the job responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
