Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00 hs.

Este rol es responsable de brindar un servicio superior al cliente, apoyar las comunicaciones corporativas alineadas y contribuir al crecimiento de la empresa.


¿Cuál es tu día a día?

Ayudar en la preparación y edición de documentos, incluyendo solicitudes de propuestas, cartas de intención, contratos de arrendamiento, correspondencia e informes de clientes.

Organizar y mantener archivos actualizados tanto en la unidad de mercado como en una carpeta de Sharepoint creada para cada activo.

Creación y gestión de envíos para listados, eventos, etc.
Responsable de mantener los estándares de marca de la empresa.

Ayudar a recopilar información de investigación y completar estudios de mercado, incluida la recopilación de información sobre edificios, mapas e imágenes.


Procesar el papeleo de los expedientes de operaciones: recopilar y etiquetar los documentos requeridos; obtener las aprobaciones necesarias.
Gestionar los eventos de la oficina (edificio, eventos con clientes, reuniones internas, etc.).

Servir de interfaz para los intermediarios en cuestiones informáticas, incluidas las necesidades informáticas, el correo electrónico, el buzón de voz y otras tecnologías y equipos relacionados.

Organizar los viajes de los responsables de la oficina.
Participar en reuniones y convocatorias periódicas de los asistentes administrativos y las unidades de negocio.

Las tareas específicas incluyen la coordinación de los servicios de correo y mensajería y el envío y recepción en la Oficina.

Coordinar y gestionar la prestación de servicios móviles para los equipos, incluyendo nuevas líneas, actualizaciones y seguimiento de pagos; gestionar la distribución de ordenadores portátiles para los equipos de JLL y mantener el registro de los mismos.

Coordinar los eventos y reuniones de la oficina de Costa Rica; gestión de la agencia de viajes.
Coordinar la entrega de tarjetas de crédito corporativas.
Coordinar las "Gift Cards", incluyendo celebraciones especiales y coordinación de eventos.

Gestión de los proveedores de la oficina, así como del stock de material de oficina y asegurar un funcionamiento eficiente.

La gestión del mantenimiento de la oficina incluye, entre otros, la climatización, el agua, la limpieza, los servicios públicos, el control de plagas, los sistemas de extinción y supresión de incendios, el control de documentos (internos y externos), la gestión de residuos, incluidos los programas de reciclaje, la administración de los sistemas de audio y vídeo, el teléfono y los servicios de conferencias.

Gestión de puestos de trabajo, soporte informático (conectividad), gestión de permisos operativos coordinación de HSE, gestión de permisos operativos de oficina, gestión de tarjetas de entrada a la oficina, gestión de llaves y gestión de servicios de cerrajería, despensa, café y catering, así como apoyo en
la gestión de la agenda de salas de reuniones y conferencias telefónicas.
Ser el principal punto de contacto con el Arrendador y sus servicios relacionados con la oficina y los aparcamientos.
