BAT Costa Rica IS LOOKING for A BILINGUAL - RECORDS TO REPORT (JUNIOR)

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Reports to:
Team leader.

Geographic Scope:
United States region.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Participate in business partnering relationships across areas such as Information Data & Technology, Human Resources, Scientific & Regulatory Affairs or Legal & External Affairs
  • Support the closing processes for RAI's overheads
  • Track actuals, coordinate with other BAT entities and the Tax department, process recharges and prepare vouchers
  • Prepare various monthly reconciliations and trend analyses
  • Assist with the performance and documentation of various internal controls
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on a timely basis in line with internal SLA's.
  • Actively search out areas for process improvement, identify the gaps in efficiency and effectiveness and recommend actions. Provide support to continuous improvement projects.
  • Maintain complete and Accuracy operating procedures and support control documentation requirements, participate and/or lead projects or any ad hoc requirement, and development of financial insights, reports, and new way of working for closing activities.

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

  • Do you have experience in Budgeting or Planning and Reporting experience?
  • Are you Proficient in English?
  • Are you skilled with MS Excel?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

  • 1 to 2 years' experience in a multinational company in FP&A
  • University degree (Accounting, Economic of Finance).
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English level 95%+)
  • Budgeting or Planning and Reporting experience
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to work with various levels of employees and leaders (up to and including executives).
  • Must have proven ability to work in highpressure, fastpaced environment.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Power BI knowledge is desirable
  • BPC acknowledge is desirable.
  • Strong customer focus
