Position Summary:

This role combines aspects of a business analyst and system analyst. A solutions analyst takes a comprehensive view of projects, analyzing processes to enhance organizational objectives and addressing technical elements such as code review and system integrations. They collaborate with developers to implement necessary configurations and prioritize process automation for efficiency.

The Solutions Analyst's responsibilities include:

  • Identifying opportunities for process automation
  • Prioritizing automation initiatives
  • Collaborating with internal teams on automation implementation
  • Supporting automated solutions and educating the organization on automation benefits
  • Ensuring effective troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Designing automation with proper process controls

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and map business processes
  • Gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions, and manage expectations
  • Participate in brainstorming and contribute innovative ideas
  • Assist in solution design, development, and testing
  • Drive business process redesign efforts
  • Collaborate to identify and communicate business needs
  • Deliver high-quality work and adapt to new challenges
  • Provide training and mentoring
  • Report project progress to stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Deploy Process Excellence Model

Education & Special Trainings:

  • Proven experience in Automation Business Analysis
  • Undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and exceptional communication skills
  • Experience with agile and project management tools
  • Knowledge of Automation, Data Analytics, and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Green Belt/Black Belt certification is a plus

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst
  • Experience with BPMs tools and data analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Automation
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Negotiation abilities and familiarity with RPA strategies

Physical & Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to changing environments
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities
