What You'll Do

  • Developing data models and system documentation required by the department methodology for new system development or for process redesign.
  • Preparing system technical documentation consistent with standards and procedures outlined in the development methodologies.
  • Provides level2 support, including incident handling, problem resolution, and Break/Fix.
  • Responsible for creating, updating and completing documentation associated with qualification, incident handling, problem resolution and asset tracking. Clearly and concisely provides relevant information with the audience in mind.
  • Run adhoc queries in SQL based on user request and perform data analysis
  • Debug code (javascript) based on business issues and understand root cause
  • Support server patching and database patching with restart of servers and services
  • Write scripts and java scripts code based on business requirements
  • Perform unit testing of new features based on site specific requirements

Required Qualifications**- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.

  • Experience of 5 years working in deploying / supporting (incident and change management) complex IT systems.
  • 35 years experience gathering, documenting and analyzing requirements from business.
  • 3 years of experience programming in C, java or.
Net or any scripting language (Java scripting).

  • 23 years experience writing SQL queries
  • Experience in Java or C# Language is an added advantage
  • Experience with shell scripting or JBOSS, IIS management is preferred
