Your role at Baxter:


The person in this position needs to have excellent Customer service and focus to answer all the inquiries under their responsibility.

It is a requirement that the person must be organized, proactive, analytical and be able to work under pressure. This person needs to have passion for operational productive work in a high-performance environment.

Your Team:


The individual should have eagerness to learn, analysis capacity, ability to work under pressure and being "team" minded are essential; It is important for this person to develop good relations within the team.

It's also required to have good communication and full command of the English language to provide the best support.

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible and held accountable for GPO roster maintenance.
  • Analyze and maintain 340B program eligibility requests.
  • Contracts connections as per requests.
  • TCEA order placement
  • Proceed with line hold process to clear lines as per month close activities.
  • 340B audit process
  • Process and maintain multiple team mailboxes through Outlook.
  • Accurately and timely follow up on requests sent by the diverse groups and businesses.
  • Keep an open communication (verbal and written) the Team Members as well with the leadership team.
  • Provide outstanding Customer Service to all internal/external customers.
  • Support as backup for any other activity required in the team, based on previous training plans, by the Supervisor
  • Creator and maintenance of standard operating procedures' processes documentation and continuously provide updates based on research and experience and process changes.
  • Liaison with Audit to provide support on internal and external audits requests and work preveniently on the SOX controls.
  • Assists and Provides training to internal or external employees as needed
  • Keeps close monitor of the Metrics to ensure the key performance indicators are meet.

What you'll bring:

  • 612 months of experience.
  • Technical School Degree or University Studies.
  • Demonstration of key finance proficiencies and qualifications
  • Fully bilingual (English / Spanish), B2 minimum.
  • Excel proficiency (Intermediate/Sophisticated)
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
