SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE… The Renewals Deals – Financial Manager will be a key member of the Services and Operations FP&A; organization, supporting the Evergreen Subscriptions and Renewals business—one of the company’s fastest-growing areas. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, advanced analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, capable of deep financial analysis, and able to translate findings into meaningful insights for leadership teams. The successful hire will consistently surface key business trends and present clear recommendations to drive strategic decision-making. This position reports to the Renewals FP&A; Senior Manager. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING • Perform renewals quote reviews and approvals • Support renewal subscription deal analysis • Ensure deals are reviewed for accuracy, compliance with policies, and alignment with strategic initiatives • Reconcile and analyze install-base changes and drivers for subscription adjustments • Maintain a confident, well-informed point of view to challenge outdated or inefficient approaches • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, IT, and Install Base Operations • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support high-impact business decisions WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM • BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred • 5–7 years of progressive responsibility in finance roles involving deal analysis; experience with subscription or services businesses is a plus • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interpret and summarize data to support operational goals • Excellent analytical, decision-making, project management, and financial modeling abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and adapt quickly to change • Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Tableau is a strong plus
