Hoy nuestro equipo de People en Costa Rica se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a People Services Analyst que tiene como objetivo ser un soporte para las gestiones del área de Recursos Humano a nivel administrativo y operativo. 

Dentro de las principales funciones a realizar se encuentran:

Control, seguimiento y procesamiento de incidencias para el proceso de nómina: vacaciones, incapacidades, ausentismos, altas, bajas, movimientos de personal. Garantizar que en los sistemas de RRHH se realice el alta de nuevos empleados, y dar seguimiento a las solicitudes de actualización de data de empleados (Cambios de jefatura, puestos, site, etc.) Elaboración de reportería: reporte de vacaciones, empleados activos y en general de data de empleados. Administración de proveedores del área: cotización, proformas, facturas, Órdenes de compra, etc. Realizar al proceso de la planificación, asignación y entrega de uniformes; además de soporte y equipos de protección personal- EPP del personal de nuevo ingreso. Dar seguimiento a documentación relacionada con los expedientes del personal (Contratos de trabajo, Acuerdo de Confidencialidad, Conflicto de Intereses, actualización de información, etc.). Validación de documentación de cara a las altas de personal. Responsable de llevar el control de beneficios administrados por RRHH Dar seguimiento a las iniciativas de Bienestar de Empleados. Apoyar y participar de proyectos y/o actividades lideradas por el departamento de RRHH. Responsable de todo el proceso de on boarding de empleados. Apoyar en otras áreas del departamento. Realizar cualquier otra función asignada por el superior inmediato.

Haremos Match si cumples con los siguientes Requisitos:

Bachillerato educación media. Ideal: estudiante de bachillerato universitario (50% de carrera). Experiencia de entre 1-3 años en roles afines en al área de Recursos Humanos, áreas administrativas o áreas de servicio al cliente. Domino del idioma inglés – B2 Paquetes de office: Excel Intermedio
