Role Responsibilities :

Create supporting training materials/media (training guides, PowerPoint presentations (PPTs), infographics, games, e-learning courses, and others) Working closely with subject matter experts (SME) to identify the training needs. Analyze collected feedback from stakeholders to determine the best online learning solution. Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content. Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design. Manage the end-to-end process of multiple instructional design projects, perform continuous evaluations on the courses and seek a way to improve the training for its audience.

Role Requirements:  

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or previous working experience in instructional design or training and development for 3+ years, although candidates with other relevant experience will be considered. Proficiency in applying visual design principles in training projects and working with Power Point Presentations Ability to structure the information and adjust the text to learners needs. Experience using graphics/video creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop) and course development software (Articulate Storyline 360/iSpring/Captivate), although candidates with other relevant experience will be considered. Understanding of technology and best practices in the learning and development / e-learning field. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Ability to interact with all levels within the organization
