Hybrid Roles:

Boston Scientific's hybrid workplace includes Working From Home and onsite. You will have the opportunity to discuss details in the interview. 

About the role:

Specify design, analyze, simulate, build, test, document and release to various electronic circuits for medical devices.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Designs, develops, debugs, modifies, and tests electrical circuits and systems by using current tools, analysis techniques, and technologies.
  • Documents electrical development by writing documents, reports, memos, change requests. Methods used are determined by approved procedures and standards.
  • Tracks electrical development effort by creating and maintaining records in the approved tracking management tool.
  • Solves engineering problems by analyzing the situation and recommending corrective or alternative actions.
  • Analyzes, evaluates, verifies, requirements, circuits, and systems by using engineering practices.
  • Investigates, researches, selects electronic circuits, components, tools, equipment and practices.
  • Support installed base of test systems for the different production lines during shift B.
  • Cover the sustaining, identifying and applying improvement opportunities related to test systems.

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years related experience; Experience in a regulated medical device environment preferred.
  • Degree in Mechatronic, Mechanic, Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical or Industrial Maintenance engineering Bachelor’s or above required.
  • Effective communications/presentation skills to all levels of the organization (both written and verbal)
  • Experience in all areas of responsibility is not required. A strong aptitude and willingness to learn is required.
  • Preferred English Level: 80-89% +

  • Proficiency on communication, planification, and problem solving skills
