This role is responsible for offering guidance and support to HR Business Partners and employee clients. The HR Generalist is part of a larger People Operations team tasked with creating and maintaining policies, procedures, employee data collection and reporting, as well as creative solutions to help the business on its continued path of success.

Delivers accurate and timely people operations support, to internal stakeholders like team members, managers and the People and Culture peers, ensuring adherence to HR procedures and processes. Supports employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves of absence, immigration, and HR policies and procedures. Stays informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compliance. Develops, updates, and communicates HR policies and procedures to the wider HR Team and the entire organization. Ensures that policies are consistently applied and aligned with organizational values. Conducts regular audits to ensure HR processes adhere to legal requirements and improve efficiency. Prepares and maintains employee records to meet legal and organizational requirements and different audits. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources. Performs other duties as assigned.

You...

Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any other related field or currently studying it. Previous experience in HR compliance, process implementation, HR systems, labor law, and employee benefits programs. Experience anticipating issues, problem-solving, and implementing solutions, including referring critical issues to the appropriate level of management, and improving efficiency, quality, cost, and productivity. Demonstrated experience positively influencing and collaborating with others. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills Demonstrated understanding of the evolving HR landscape and demonstrated capability of leading organizational change efforts. Capability to innovate and integrate HR practice around critical business issues, and align people, processes, and structure to support these innovations.
