Graphic Designer
Location: Costa Rica

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development: Create visually appealing designs for a variety of digital and print media, including social media graphics, presentations, brochures, and banners.

Video Editing: Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro or Cap cut for basic video editing and creating promotional videos.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and convey the desired message effectively.

Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.

Presentation Design: Develop engaging and professional PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations that clearly communicate key messages to different audiences.

Feedback Incorporation: Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects.


Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience: 4 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Affinity (Designer, Photo, Publisher), Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and PowerPoint (PowerPoint is required).

Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.

Design Skills: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, typography, and layout principles.

Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop unique design concepts.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to present ideas and collaborate with team members.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure precision and quality in every project.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
