Descripción del empleo

El Data Analyst & Reporting es responsable de recopilar, analizar y presentar datos para respaldar la toma de decisiones empresariales. Este rol implica trabajar con conjuntos de datos complejos, utilizando herramientas y técnicas de análisis para extraer información significativa y generar informes claros y concisos para diversos usuarios y partes interesadas.

Responsabilidades:

Recopilar datos de múltiples fuentes, incluidas bases de datos internas, sistemas de gestión empresarial y fuentes externas. Limpiar, transformar y validar datos para garantizar su integridad y precisión. Realizar análisis exploratorios y descriptivos para identificar tendencias, patrones y relaciones en los datos. Desarrollar y mantener modelos predictivos y analíticos para prever resultados futuros y realizar pronósticos. Crear informes y dashboards personalizados utilizando herramientas como Tableau, Power BI o herramientas internas de visualización de datos. Colaborar con equipos interfuncionales para comprender los requisitos de datos y proporcionar soluciones analíticas. Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y sistemas de análisis de datos. Presentar hallazgos y recomendaciones de manera clara y efectiva a través de informes escritos, presentaciones y comunicaciones verbales.

Requisitos

Grado universitario en estadística, matemáticas, informática, economía u otro campo relacionado. Experiencia previa en análisis de datos, preferiblemente en un entorno empresarial. Conocimiento sólido de SQL y experiencia en el manejo de bases de datos relacionales. Competencia en herramientas de análisis de datos como R, Python, SAS o similares. Experiencia en la creación de informes y dashboards utilizando herramientas de visualización de datos como Tableau, Power BI, etc. Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para interpretar y comunicar hallazgos de manera efectiva. Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo, gestionando múltiples proyectos simultáneamente. Atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno orientado a resultados.
