About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to join our Global Partners organization. You will drive successful change initiatives within the partner ecosystem, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes, technologies, and strategies.

You will report to our Sr. Director of Program Management with primary focus areas to include:

Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support the Global Partners Organization's objectives and initiatives.

Assess the impact of changes on partners and stakeholders, identify potential risks and resistance, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and dedication to change initiatives.

Build and deliver effective communication plans, including written materials, presentations, and training resources, to facilitate understanding and acceptance of change.

Craft and manage activities, such as workshops, training sessions, and feedback sessions, to drive engagement and participation.

Supervise and measure the efficiency of change initiatives, analyze feedback, and make recommendations for adjustments or improvements as needed.

Stay current with industry trends and standard processes in change management, and proactively identify opportunities for improving change management approaches

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness

Buscamos Gerente Senior de Cambio para incorporarse a nuestra organización Global Partners. Deberá impulsar con éxito iniciativas de cambio en el ecosistema de partners, y garantizar transiciones fluidas y la adopción de nuevos procesos, tecnologías y estrategias.

Estará bajo las órdenes de nuestro director sénior de Gestión de Programas, con el enfoque principal en las siguientes áreas:

Desarrollar y aplicar estrategias y planes integrales sobre gestión del cambio para apoyar los objetivos y las iniciativas de la organización Global Partners.

Evaluar el impacto de los cambios en los partners y las partes interesadas, identificar posibles riesgos y resistencias, y desarrollar estrategias de mitigación adecuadas.

Comprometerse y trabajar con las principales partes interesadas para garantizar la alineación y la dedicación a las iniciativas de cambio.

Elaborar y ofrecer planes de comunicación eficaces, incluidos materiales escritos, presentaciones y recursos de capacitación, para facilitar la comprensión y la aceptación del cambio.

Diseñar y gestionar actividades como talleres, sesiones de capacitación y de feedback, para impulsar el compromiso y la participación.

Supervisar y medir la eficacia de las iniciativas de cambio, analizar el feedback y hacer recomendaciones de ajustes o mejoras, según sea necesario.

Mantenerse actualizado con las tendencias del sector y los procesos estándares en la gestión del cambio e identificar de forma proactiva oportunidades para mejorar los enfoques de la gestión del cambio.

Fomentar la cultura de la mejora continua y la preparación para el cambio.

About You

We are looking for an expert Senior Manager, Change Management teammate to support strategic change planning and communications on key programs and experience changes that impact our Partners. This role will be responsible for developing a comprehensive change strategy to minimize disruption to Partners while ensuring adoption of changes.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of cross organizational program management within a go to market, SAAS, software organization

3+ years of proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Operations or Partner Management

Other Qualifications

Experience and knowledge of organizational change principles, methodologies and tools. preferably in a global or partner-focused organization.

Excellent active listening, organization and communication skills.

Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships, influence and collaborate across teams

A strategic problem solver with the ability to see the big picture and pay attention to detail.

Strong work ethic, craftsmanship, and quality standards.

Change Management Certification (e.g Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.

Buscamos un miembro de equipo experto como gerente sénior de Gestión del Cambio, para apoyar la planificación estratégica del cambio y las comunicaciones sobre programas clave y cambios de experiencia que afectan a nuestros partners. En esta función, la persona se encargará de desarrollar una estrategia de cambio integral que minimice los problemas a los partners y, a su vez, garantice la adopción de los cambios.

Cualificaciones básicas

3 años o más en gestión de programas interoganizacionales dentro de una organización de software, SAAS, orientada al mercado.

3 años o más de experiencia demostrada en las áreas de Estrategia de Ventas, Operaciones de Negocios o Gestión de Partners.

Bilingüe en español e inglés (excluyente).

Otras cualificaciones

Experiencia y conocimiento de los principios, metodologías y herramientas del cambio organizacional, de preferencia en una organización global o centrada en los partners.

Excelente capacidad de escucha activa, organización y comunicación.

Experiencia en iniciativas de cambio organizacional a gran escala.

Capacidad para establecer y mantener relaciones positivas, influir y trabajar con otros equipos.

Capacidad para solucionar problemas de forma estratégica, ver el panorama general y prestar atención a los detalles.

Gran ética de trabajo, destreza y estándares de calidad.

Preferentemente con certificación en gestión del cambio (por ejemplo, Prosci, ACMP).
