About the Role

As a Sales Analyst in the Global Revenue Insights team, you will be the ultimate thought-leader demonstrating a great aptitude of driving action through insightful recommendations underpinned by data. You will own full-funnel insights to inform data-driven decision-making for cross-functional Go-To-Market (GTM) stakeholders, support business strategy and facilitate company growth. You will partner with cross-functional leaders on large strategic projects, proactively uncover new insights and engage with internal teams on data-driven decisions to support future growth. Our key stakeholders and partners include Sales and Marketing leadership, Global Demand Management, Sales Strategy & Operations, Marketing Strategy & Analytics, and Business Intelligence.

Impact in this role is vast given that our team collaborates internally to support business leaders on pivotal initiatives with custom analysis. Moreover you will be expected to proactively conduct strategic analysis based on your own analytical capabilities and engage with stakeholders on how they might act on those insights.

Responsibilities 

Develop structured, actionable insights for business consumption and utilization

Support ad-hoc requests received from cross-functional partners

Prepare insights required for recurring business update presentations

Visually represent data through simplified and curated storytelling to drive clear business decisions and action

Find the “so what” in our data: Distill data and communicate findings from analyses in a way that enables business leaders to make better decisions

Take a vague business question or problem and work cross-functionally to come up with data-driven hypotheses and actionable recommendations to drive needed change

Como analista de Ventas en el equipo de Insights de Ingresos Globales, deberá ser el líder intelectual definitivo y demostrar una gran aptitud para impulsar acciones a través de recomendaciones detalladas respaldadas por datos. Deberá tener insights de todo el embudo de marketing para informar la toma de decisiones basada en datos de las partes interesadas interfuncionales del proceso Go-To-Market (GTM), respaldar la estrategia de negocios y facilitar el crecimiento de la empresa. Deberá trabajar en estrecha colaboración con líderes interfuncionales en grandes proyectos estratégicos, descubrir nuevos insights de manera proactiva e interactuar con equipos internos en decisiones basadas en datos para apoyar el crecimiento futuro. Las partes interesadas y los partners clave incluye la gerencia de Ventas y Marketing, la de Demanda Global, Estrategia y Operaciones de Ventas, Estrategia y Análisis de Marketing, y Business Intelligence.

El impacto de este puesto es enorme, dado que nuestro equipo colabora de manera interna para apoyar a los líderes de negocios en iniciativas fundamentales con análisis personalizados. Además, deberá realizar análisis estratégicos de manera proactiva según sus propias capacidades analíticas y comunicarse con las partes interesadas para establecer cómo podrían actuar en función de esos insights.

Responsabilidades:

Desarrollar insights estructurados y que puedan ponerse en práctica para el consumo y la utilización empresarial.

Apoyar las solicitudes ad hoc recibidas de partners interfuncionales.

Preparar los insights necesarios para las presentaciones periódicas de actualizaciones comerciales.

Representar los datos de manera visual mediante una narración simplificada y seleccionada para impulsar decisiones y acciones de negocio claras.

Buscar lo irrelevante en nuestros datos: extraer datos y comunicar los resultados de los análisis de una manera que le permita a los líderes empresariales tomar mejores decisiones.

Abordar una pregunta o problema empresarial vago y trabajar de manera interdisciplinaria para generar hipótesis basadas en datos y recomendaciones interactivas a fin de impulsar el cambio necesario.

About You

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience with 3+ years of analytics experience

2 years experience with business analytics to drive actionable insights

2 years experience using SQL to work with data sets to uncover business insights 


Other Qualifications

Experience in the B2B SaaS space preferred

Experience in a Sales or Marketing Operations/Analytics function preferred

Experience with Salesforce, Data Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), and other BI tools preferred

Demonstrated stakeholder management, including clear and concise communication, effective prioritization, storytelling/presentation, and delivery of actionable insights. 

Excellent collaboration, executive presence, and storytelling skills

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Takes initiative and tackles challenges with enthusiasm

5 años o más de experiencia profesional con más de 3 años de experiencia en análisis

2 años de experiencia en analítica aplicada a los negocios para producir insights prácticos

2 años de experiencia en el uso de SQL para trabajar con conjuntos de datos a fin de descubrir insights de negocio

Otras cualificaciones

Preferentemente, con experiencia en el espacio SaaS para B2B.

Preferentemente, con experiencia en un puesto de operaciones/análisis de ventas o marketing.

Preferentemente, con experiencia en Salesforce, herramientas de visualización de datos (Power BI, Tableau o similares) y otras herramientas de inteligencia de negocios.

Gestión demostrada de las partes interesadas, incluida la comunicación clara y concisa, la priorización efectiva, la narración/presentación y la producción de insights que puedan ponerse en práctica.

Excelente colaboración, presencia ejecutiva y habilidades para narrar historias.
