You will work in a dynamic highly challenging and always evolving environment. You will help evolve our Cloud Native Infrastructure as part of our Software Engineer team. The team is dedicated to eliminating daily toil, reducing risk, and accelerating the productivity of DevOps Teams by delivering automated tools.
Success in this role requires an eagerness to learn, problem-solving skills, and a self-starter mindset. Day- to-day you may find yourself living in the terminal using CLI, .Net and YAML to define cloud-infrastructure, working on Kubernetes infrastructure and coding on tools that enhance developer-experience.

What You'll Be Doing : Correctly analyze requirements and design an appropriate solution using the optimal balance of existing and new technology to best meet the system functional and performance goals Collaborate always with a team-oriented mindset; resourceful and able to effectively collaborate across a matrix organization Integrate new technologies into your daily work Modify software to fix defects and assist with design/re-design of features for currently released products Work and collaborate with QA engineers to test software during development process Assist in devising/documenting procedures for installation and maintenance Write and automate implementation scripts for production deployments and testing Study new development tools and programming techniques; participate in educational opportunities; read professional publications; maintain personal networks; participate in professional organizations The Skills You Bring : Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile Development Method / DevOps Comfortable with writing bash scripts and using command-line interfaces. Knowledge of full-stack monitoring concepts and tooling from code to system resources Experience creating monitoring dashboards with tools such as Grafana, DataDog or SumoLogic Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes Experience with .Net Experience with Cloud Providers (AWS preferred) Configuration management and deployment automation tools (e.g. CI/CD Pipelines, Ansible, Puppet, Chef) HTTP/1.1 or HTTP/2 protocol experience Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 1+ years of application development experience Desired Qualifications : Basic understanding of Cloud Infrastructure such as AWS and Azure High level understanding of DevOps practices such as Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD) What We Offer : Collaborative work environment Competitive Salaries Yearly bonus Comprehensive benefits for you and your family starting Day 1 Unlimited Paid Time Off Flexible working environment TradeStation Account employee benefits, as well as full access to trading education materials #LI-Remote
