The Supervisor, Production, plays a key role in leading and managing a team of talented designers within the Design and Innovation department. This position is responsible for overseeing the digital design process, ensuring high-quality outputs, and fostering a creative and collaborative work environment. The Supervisor will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative design solutions that meet client requirements and enhance the overall customer experience.This role will be part of Align Technology goal to deliver the next generation of clear aligners (Invisalign®) to our customers. In this role, you will… Supervise, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential. Manage multiple digital design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with client expectations. Review and provide constructive feedback on digital design concepts, ensuring they align with client briefs, brand guidelines, and industry best practices. Collaborate with clients to understand their digital design needs, present concepts, and incorporate feedback to achieve design excellence. Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Product Development, and Sales, to align design efforts with overall business goals. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques to drive innovation within the team and deliver cutting-edge design solutions. Conduct regular quality checks on design outputs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards. Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development of team members. In this role, you’ll need … Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engieering or related At least two years of directly related experience as people leader. Proficiency in English High potential to learn, adapt and manage the company tools to track and improve his own performance as well as the team performance under responsibility.
