Our team in Heredia currently has an opening for a P2P Junior Aalyst
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain all relevantmaster data changes for the vendor, customer, material and ensure the updatesare appropriate, authorized, and documented as well as in compliance withoverall master data governance framework and standards, SLAs, policies andprocedures. Responsible for timelymaster data processing and management. Ensure master dataintegrity in key systems and maintain the processes to support the data quality Maintain list of approvedvendors/ suppliers and customers. Analyze data feeds andreconcile reports which are critical to daily operations as well as ensurecompliance with data privacy. Keep high quality while performing and maintaining Master Data records.
YOUR PROFILE
Strong team player Familiar with office productivity tools (MS Office etc.) Good knowledge of ERP Good verbal and written communication skills in English 2 – 3 years of work experience At least 2 years of experience in the Master Data field
