Amazon Finance & Global Business Services (FGBS) plays a key role in the company’s mission to be Earth’s most customer centric company. FGBS includes finance functions like Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Tax, as well as other functions like Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF), Investor Relations, and Benchmark.

The FGBS Team is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join Accounts Payable Retail operation in Costa Rica. The successful candidate will support LATAM operations. Primary responsibilities will include dispute resolution, invoice validations and case monitoring while keeping the highest levels of controller-ship and Customer Obsession.
Key Responsibilities include:

· Dispute resolution of shortage claims
· Invoice validation
· Case resolution according the KPIs to achieve the company goals
· Partnering with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
· Engage with retail, inbound operations or accounting for vendor inquires resolution.
· Support organizational/operational projects

The successful candidate will have a strong desire to solve cases by applying analytical skills and root cause analysis in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and feel comfortable handling math data.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

B.A. in progress in Finance/Accounting (or related field)
+1 year of high-volume financial and/or operational experience +1 year experience in accounts payable/payments/ invoice processing/vendors support
Fluent English and Portuguese
Demonstrated ability to work as a team Data analysis & communication knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel or similar desktop applications.
