The function of the Junior Billing is to serve the primary activity of entering all required data fields necessary for the worldwide billing coordinators to invoice.
This consists of being able to receive, review and digitize source documentation in various formats and languages in a timely manner. Source documentation is defined as bunker delivery receipts which are the fuel tickets upon delivery of the fuel or service and the supplier’s invoice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor the Digitizing Dashboard and Digitizing Data Entry ScreenValidate all source documentation (BDR and AP invoice) against any POIRecognize all exceptionsScan to digitize all physical documentationRevise all source documentation prior to storing within the POIREQUIREMENTS
Must have polished communication skills with a strong sense of customer serviceMust be capable with Microsoft Office Excel and WordMust be able to work autonomously, as well as with team members, in a fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-cultural environmentMust be self-motivated and have excellent time management skillsExcellent English level (B2 or higher)Good Excel KnowledgeMust have a well develop skill of attention to detailAbility to adapt to the changing needs of the businessStrong organizational, problem solving and analytical skillsPlease note that by submitting an employment application you consent to World Fuel Services processing your information for this role and potentially for future employment opportunities, in accordance with applicable laws.
