Executive Assistant to the President. Ready 24/7 when it counts.
A fast-moving group of real estate development and commercial businesses needs someone who makes sure things get done.
The job: Track every task the President hands out across our companies and chase each one until it's done. Collect information and get contracts and documents from people who are slow to deliver. You write the emails and texts yourself. No fixed meetings — expect frequent calls and daily texts with new asks.
You: Bilingual, sharp, relentless, and hungry to learn. You've done this before as an executive assistant or a similar role. When a deadline hits on a Thursday night or a weekend, you're there. You'll build relationships across our team with the President's full backing, and the role grows in responsibility and pay.
Location:
Virtual for the right candidate, Guanacaste preferred The work will be intense. Pressure will be high. I'm direct, I move fast, and I expect the same. You probably shouldn't take this job. You probably will quit because you don't have what it takes to get to the top.
• To apply: At the top of your CV, answer this in 3–5 sentences, in English: How did you get something from someone who didn't want to give it to you? Start your answer with the word "Done." Applications without it won't be reviewed. •
