About the Role
We’re looking for a PX Business Consultant (HR Business Partner) to partner closely with our HR Partner team and support our people leaders across the U.
S., Canada, and LATAM. This is a hands‑on, consultative HR role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with managers to solve people challenges. As a trusted advisor, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle, deliver strong employee relations support, and ensure consistent execution of performance management and HR policies. You’ll play a key role in creating positive employee experiences while helping leaders navigate people decisions with confidence and compliance. What You’ll Do Partner with People Managers Advise and coach mid‑level managers on day-to-day people matters, including performance, engagement, development, and employee relations Act as a trusted thought partner, providing practical, business aligned people solutions Proactively identify retention risks and partner with leaders on mitigation plans Support the Employee Lifecycle Support employee lifecycle activities such as hiring transitions, onboarding, internal moves, career development, and exits Ensure employees have a consistent, positive experience aligned with our values and culture Handle Tier 2 people and process issues efficiently, escalating only complex or high-risk cases Deliver Employee Relations & Compliance Excellence Manage employee relations matters including grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance or behavioral concerns Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with labor and employment laws across the U.
S., Canada, and LATAM Maintain accurate documentation to support compliance and minimize risk Execute Performance Management Drive performance management cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, calibrations, ratings, and documentation Support managers in having effective performance and development conversations Partner with leaders to address low performance through coaching, development plans, and accountability actions Contribute to People Projects Support organizational design changes, limited restructures, and M&A activities Participate in employee forums and country specific HR initiatives Maintain clear documentation for all Tier 2 People Advisory services What We’re Looking For 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field Experience supporting employee populations across the U.
S., Canada, and/or LATAM HR certifications preferred (e.g., SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR, SPHR, or country specific equivalents) Experience partnering with Sales and Engineering teams in a high-growth SaaS environment, with the ability to adapt quickly, navigating shifting priorities, and support both technical and revenue-driven functions. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into people solutions Excellent relationship building and influence skills with managers and leaders Solid knowledge of employee relations, investigations, and labor law compliance Proven ability to coach people managers and support leadership development
