What You'll Do
- Support Workday configuration and enhancements across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits.
- Help support annual HR events such as merit cycles and open enrollment.
- Help gather requirements from HR, Payroll, Finance, and international stakeholders.
- Support translation of business requirements into Workday configuration.
- Help train cross-functional teams on Workday concepts. What we are looking for:
- Experience working with Workday HCM.
- Familiarity with Workday Compensation and Benefits configuration.
- Experience with Workday Report Writer or custom dashboards.
- Communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced level of English. Nice to have:
- Experience with Workday integrations, including EIBs or Core Connectors.
- Experience with Workday Time Tracking or Absence.
- Experience with Workday Payroll or Talent Management.
- Familiarity with Workday security administration or business process configuration. How we do make your work (and your life) easier:
