• Lead the creation of holistic user journeys, ensuring cohesive experiences across channels and touchpoints.
• Define information architecture and interaction flows that simplify complex user needs.
• Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Plan and execute usability testing to validate design decisions and optimize user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed design thinking and promote accessibility and inclusivity.
• Mentor UX designers and contribute to design standards and best practice frameworks across teams.
• You’ll lead strategic design initiatives and champion user-centered design principles throughout the Discovery, Definition, and Design phases of transformative projects.
• Partnering closely with product, engineering, and strategy teams, you’ll ensure that every experience aligns with business goals and user needs while maintaining the highest standard of usability and visual clarity. Your Skills & Experience
• Proven expertise in UX design, including user journey mapping, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
• Strong grasp of usability testing methods and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, or Adobe XD.
• Experience working within agile methodologies and digital product development cycles.
• Ability to balance strategic design vision with hands-on execution across Discovery, Definition, and Design stages.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Set Yourself Apart

• Familiarity with service design, accessibility guidelines, and research integration.
• Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact through user-centered design execution.
