The Role We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Full stack Engineer to take ownership of the ongoing development and evolution of an existing application platform. This role will focus on week-to-week application enhancements, including incremental feature development, workflow expansion, system optimizations, and continuous improvements to our AI-powered capabilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within an established codebase and collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that improve user experience, efficiency, and product functionality. Key Responsabilities Weekly feature requests and incremental workflow additions within the application (TypeScript / Next.js / React on Vercel) Front-end and full-stack development work on the existing app layer call tuning and adjustments within the AI drafting/agent features Day-to-day collaboration with the platform owner on prioritization, feature scoping, and review Key Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering production-quality solutions TypeScript — strong, production-level proficiency; able to ship features solo, not just read/maintain code Next.js and React — comfortable owning front-end and full-stack feature work end to end Supabase — familiarity with schema design and modification; working knowledge of RLS policies and auth flows Git / version control — comfortable owning deploys via a Git-to-Vercel CI/CD workflow Salesforce APIs — working knowledge of OAuth-based integration patterns SQL — general fluency; most queries in the application are reused/templated against pre-built final tables Preffered Qualifications Exposure to MotherDuck or DuckDB Familiarity with agent tooling (e.g., OpenAI Agents SDK) for tuning AI-drafted content features
