Position Summary Theragenics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support talent acquisition across Costa Rica and the United States. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing operators, leadership, engineering, scientific, technical, and professional positions. The recruiter will be based in Costa Rica and work closely with the People Operations Supervisor, HR Business Partners throughout the Americas, hiring managers, People Operations Manager and the Costa Rica Director of Manufacturing. Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions in Costa Rica and the United States.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Recruit for manufacturing/operator, leadership, engineering, scientific, technical, and professional roles.
• Partner with the Operations Supervisor and HR BP on staffing and workforce needs.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the offer and pre-employment process.
• Coordinate the pre-employment testing process for Costa Rica manufacturing operator candidates, including scheduling, documentation, and communication of results in accordance with established hiring procedures.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hourly, technical, and professional positions.
• Support U.
S. recruitment and maintain working knowledge of applicable federal and state requirements related to background checks and drug screening.
• Manage recruiting activity and candidate information using ADP HRIS/ATS or a comparable system.
• Track recruiting metrics and support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR teams, and external recruiting partners. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 2+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for U.
S. and Costa Rica-based positions.
• Experience recruiting both manufacturing/hourly and professional-level talent.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Working knowledge of U.
S. recruiting, background check, and drug-screening requirements.
• Experience with job boards, recruiting systems and ATS.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages (C1 level)
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Handle confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across countries and cultures. Preferred Qualifications
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Manufacturing, medical device, or pharmaceutical, industry experience.
• Experience recruiting engineering, scientific, technical, and leadership talent.
• Experience partnering directly with manufacturing or operations leadership.
• ADP knowledge is desirable.
