Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition to support full-cycle hiring across multiple roles and functions. This role will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, supporting offer processes, and maintaining candidate pipelines while partnering with hiring managers and the broader HR/Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, a proactive approach to sourcing, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment. This position is well suited for someone looking to continue developing their recruiting capabilities and gain broader exposure to corporate or multinational recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-up, and offer support. Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition/HR colleagues to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities. Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, databases, and direct outreach. Conduct initial and structured candidate interviews to assess experience, qualifications, competencies, motivation, and overall fit for the position. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs. Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process. Provide a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through offer or process closure. Support offer preparation, candidate communication, and pre-employment activities in coordination with HR and other internal teams. Track basic recruitment metrics such as candidate pipeline activity, time-to-fill, interview-to-offer ratios, and hiring progress. Support employer branding, recruitment events, referral programs, and other talent attraction initiatives as needed. Follow internal recruitment processes, policies, documentation requirements, and applicable hiring standards. Participate in recruitment meetings and provide updates on assigned vacancies, candidate pipelines, and potential hiring challenges. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a closely related HR/recruiting role. Practical experience supporting or managing recruitment processes from sourcing through candidate selection and offer stages. Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, or similar recruiting channels. Experience conducting candidate screenings or initial interviews. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, candidates, and priorities simultaneously. Comfortable working with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruitment tools. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar business tools. Advanced English proficiency for communication in a multinational environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a shared services, corporate, technology, BPO, or high-volume recruitment environment. Exposure to behavioral or competency-based interviewing. Experience working with regional or global teams. Familiarity with recruitment metrics and basic reporting. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms. Exposure to recruitment for different job families or business functions.
