Join WWT today What you will be doing: As a Senior Program Manager, you will own the strategic vision, design, and leadership of Softchoice’s VMware Services programs. You will drive long-term growth by shaping program strategy and influencing senior stakeholders, while helping to guide the VMware services team to deliver high-impact results. You will have opportunity level responsibility of making sure VMware Services Statements of Work (SOWs) are booked properly. You will track progress, report on success metrics, and advance the overall VMware services opportunity.

Responsibilities:
Define and drive the strategic direction of VMware Services programs to achieve sustained double-digit growth and ensure alignment with our company’s broader GTM and portfolio strategy. Design innovative and scalable GTM motions that empower Presales and Business Development teams to acquire and grow customers efficiently. Build alignment with cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders across Softchoice to ensure operational excellence, program adoption, and seamless execution. Lead effective communication strategies that inform, influence, and guide stakeholders through program design changes, operational enhancements, and strategic shifts. Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to Program Managers to support their career development, build organizational capability, and raise the overall quality of program design and execution. Manage the day-to-day VMware Services opportunity program management functions, including transactional support, attending forecast calls, ensuring proper SOW bookings, aligning resources, and tracking progress.

Requirements:
An associate degree or equivalent industry experience. 9+ years of program management, partner alliances or business development experience. Proven ability to manage executive-level relationships and conduct strategic business reviews. Strong leadership skills and a track record of driving operational excellence. Demonstrate strong strategic leadership and the ability to lead through influence across technical, sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders. Have deep experience with VMware funding programs and maintain strong relationships within the VMware channel ecosystem. Excel in designing new GTM offerings, operational frameworks, and processes that align to Softchoice’s customer journeys and Business Development priorities. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement, innovation, and simplification across programs and processes. Are highly motivated to deliver vendor field margin and profitability targets through strategic program design and funding optimization. Can elevate internal awareness of our company’s VMware value proposition among sellers, technical teams, and vendor partners. Demonstrate the ability to lead cross-department strategic initiatives, including alignment with leadership stakeholders. Have strong presentation, storytelling, and problem‑solving capabilities, with creativity that challenges the status quo. Are self-managed leaders with excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively operate across multiple virtual and cross-functional teams.
