Role summary Owns quality activities for assigned Agora capabilities and works closely with engineering and product teams to validate behavior across user interfaces, APIs, integrations, data flows, and operational workflows. The role combines hands-on testing with automation and defect investigation.

Key responsibilities
• Design and execute manual, functional, integration, regression, and automated tests.
• Translate requirements and acceptance criteria into effective test scenarios and validation coverage.
• Develop or maintain automated API, UI, integration, regression, and performance tests where appropriate.
• Investigate defects and help isolate issues across user interfaces, APIs, services, databases, messaging, integrations, and external systems.
• Review requirements, test cases, implementation plans, and release readiness with product and engineering teams.
• Support release validation, production stabilization, and root-cause analysis.
• Promote reusable quality practices, test automation, diagnostics, and continuous improvement. Core capabilities
• Experience with software testing lifecycles and enterprise quality-engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience with functional, integration, regression, API, and UI testing.
• Test-automation experience and ability to work with validation tools, scripts, or frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across application, integration, and data layers.
• Ability to communicate defects and quality risks clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders. #LI-LATAM Qualifications
• 2+ years of relevant experience in software testing, quality engineering, test automation, or a closely related application-delivery role. Practical testing capability is more important than a specific certification or long tenure.
• College degree, diploma, or equivalent post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Development, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Software Testing/Quality, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience designing and executing functional, integration, regression, API, and/or UI tests, documenting defects clearly, and isolating issues across user-interface, service, integration, and data layers. Experience with test-automation tools, scripting, or frameworks is strongly useful.
• QA/testing, Agile, test-automation, cloud, or related certifications are beneficial but not required.
