Business Development Representative

We are looking for a hungry, eager professional to prospect for new sales opportunities within our Total Addressable Market, with the goal of developing pipeline and creating qualified sales opportunities for the Account Management & Proposition Sales Teams to progress forward.
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Holds responsibility for generating New Business opportunities within our Total Addressable Market by conducting outbound prospecting in order to efficiently achieve the organization's Gross Sales Targets within an assigned territory or region
- Uses strong communication skills to conduct cold emailing, cold calling, social selling, and networking in order to schedule sales meetings and achieve sales goals in a timely and efficient manner
- Accurately identifies the needs and challenges of prospective customers in order to pitch appropriate solutions
- Is committed to ensuring a high quantity as well as quality of opportunities to enable a higher conversion to sale
- Ensures opportunities are generated across the propositions in our Total Addressable Market.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Undergraduate degree or Masters
- Some experience and proven proficiency preferred within a customer facing or capital markets related position.
