YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform preventive & corrective maintenance tasks on production equipment to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Maintain clean room behaviors to maintain required cleanliness standards and prevent contamination.
• Document maintenance records and logs in the required quality system to ensure traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage spare parts inventory management to prevent stock-out and optimize maintenance costs.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and pneumatical system issues to minimize equipment downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Analyze and troubleshoot control systems and automated equipment malfunctions to ensure continuous operation and reduce production delays.
• Follow established maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and quality in maintenance operations.
• Lead and execute complex corrective maintenance activities independently on critical production equipment to restore functionality and minimize production impact while ensuring equipment reliability.
• Create and revise technical documentation for maintenance activities to maintain accurate and efficient maintenance instructions.
• Monitor and analyze department KPIs, metrics, and goals through data collection and performance tracking to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence targets.
• Support equipment qualification (protocols, documentation and execution) to maintain validated state of equipment and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and analyze equipment failures and process deviations through systematic problem-solving methodologies to prevent recurrence and improve equipment reliability.
• Identify and implement equipment improvements through engineering assessments and modification projects to enhance performance, safety, and efficiency of production systems.
• Perform technical training for junior technicians through hands-on instruction and knowledge transfer sessions to build team capabilities and ensure maintenance quality standards.

WHO YOU ARE

• Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electronical, Mechatronic, or Electrical Technical High School degree, Diploma, Technical degree or similar.
• 2-5 years of experience as Maintenance Technician (Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or Food industry).
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience with Electromechanical, PLC, Vision and Pneumatic Systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S preferred.
• Comprehensive GMP knowledge
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
• Confident and Curious problem solver who can think and deliver under pressure.
• Ability to manage time effectively and according to priorities.
• Design and improve fixtures or tools.
• Computer Knowledge including MS Office. SolidWorks, AutoCAD or any other CAD software.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, PLC programs and specifications.
• Knowledge in Good Manufacturing practices.
