We are looking for passionate, energetic resources to join its core Lending Services team as a Associate/Senior Associate/Delivery Lead.

You will be part of team working as an extension to our US based client ensuring we fulfill the applicable SLA's and will specifically coordinate with Quality Control and Quality Assurance team with the objective of Risk assessment of the deal.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and raise issues and develop suggestions/develop actionable solutions
  • Analyze, assist and interpret details in deal review documents
  • Formalize detailed requests and business rationale for credit applications
  • Assess Credit Package including assessment of Risk Opinion
  • Coordinate with Risk Department throughout the process, ensure to validate appropriate data on risk opinion
  • Coordinate with Front Office throughout the process, ensure to validate appropriate data on front office memo
  • Identify trends of inconsistency and incompleteness of Front Office memo & Risk Opinion
  • Maintain detailed tracking of file status to ensure issues that need response are promptly escalated
  • Deliver regulatory requirements within stipulated time
  • Create proposals for process improvement and automation
  • Work with the Relationship Managers and Front officer across platform
  • Make performance reports and prepare KPIs

General Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and act in accordance with Acuity Knowledge Partners' Information Security Policy.
  2. Identify risks when working with external parties.
  3. Ensure information security when dealing with customers.

Qualifications:

  • 2-7 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar major preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
  • Knowledge of commercial loan products
  • Prior experience in roles related to risk & compliance (QA & QC)
  • Prior experience related to analyzing financial data

Skills and Abilities:

  • Prioritizing, centralizing and coordinating with the onshore for establishing the quality improvement aspect
  • Efficiency in analyzing various critical data points across different lending portals
  • Ability to perform complex tasks with minimal support from supervisor
  • Ability to inculcate the habit of self-learning and sharing best practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including multi-task capability, priority setting and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively leverage networks to mobilize resources

Key Interactions:

Internal:

  1. Interact with the respective team, reporting to his/her team lead and manager.
  2. Receive instructions and seek clarification, if required.

External:

  1. Interact directly with clients.
