Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented IT Asset Coordinator to manage and maintain our IT assets, inventory, and system readiness. The ideal candidate will have strong reporting skills, expertise in MS Excel, and a good understanding of IT Help Desk operations, Windows troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure. Knowledge of ITIL practices and basic LAN/WAN networking is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage IT assets, including tracking, maintaining, and updating IT inventory databases.

Generate comprehensive reports related to the IT asset lifecycle using MS Excel.

Ensure system readiness by supporting IT Help Desk functions.

Perform Windows troubleshooting to resolve common system issues.

Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting basic LAN and WAN network issues.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize IT resources and asset usage.

Follow ITIL standards and best practices to ensure effective IT operations.

Support procurement and lifecycle management of IT hardware and software assets.

Conduct regular audits to ensure asset compliance and minimize discrepancies.

Required Skills
2–4 years of work experience in IT Asset Management, Inventory, and Reporting.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.).

Good understanding of IT Help Desk operations and support processes.

Experience in Windows troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

Basic knowledge of LAN and WAN networking.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.

Desired Skills
Familiarity with the ITIL framework (certification is a plus).

Previous experience working with IT asset management tools.

Prior experience applying ITIL practices in an IT operations environment.
